I just want to share some comments from customers and friends to show that there are lots of ways and reasons to dry brush in different ways, not always the whole body as mentioned in the descriptions:
"I'm only using my Wellfit brush once a month on my lower legs up to the knee before waxing, sitting comfortably in a chair. It loosens ingrown hair perfectly. I don't have dry skin and the exfoliating is enough when I do it once a month."

"I know dry brushing means to brush with dry bristles. But I prefer a regular bristle brush with handle in the shower and I'm convinced that is also very good for the circulation and gets everything off that has to come off."
